International Exotic Dance Agency: We have been in business since 1991 (15 years.) Exotic dancers from all over the world know our agency. We've booked clubs all over the world. We know the best and worst places for exotic dancers to work. We hear from dancers where they prefer to work and under what conditions.
Our Agency Refers Dancers From: UK, Canada, America, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Czech Republik, Norway, Holland, Slovenia, Paris, Slovakia, Ireland, Portugal, Spain . We DO NOT book Eastern Block dancers or dancers from Nigeria, Middle East or any other controversial or impoverished country.
DO NOT ASK US FOR DANCERS IF YOUR CLUB IS LOCATED HERE: Austria, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Malta, Nigeria, Middle East, Canary Islands (Tenerife), Spain, Bahama's, Thailand, Cambodia, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Dominican Republic, Amsterdam, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Belorussia, China, North Korea, Australia, Indonesia, India or South America.
Accomodations for our dancers: Accommodations should be no more than 3 -4 bedrooms; 1-2 girls share each bedroom (2 beds per room.) Accomm must be pest free, clean, safe & furnished; comfortable bedding must be provided; ++ lamps, rugs, dressers, mirrors, kitchen, bath, towels, cookware, cleaning products & utensils + garbage facilities. Prefer walking distance from club or city center or near beaches & parks. No water leaks, rats, mice, bugs, garbage, drug dealers, prostitutes or males lingering in or around the accommodations.
How Busy is Your Club: if you have at leat 40+ customers per nt (slow night) and at least 50+ customers on a busy night then we will book dancers at your club. If you have a dancer to customer ratio of 5 to 15 customers versus 5 to 15 dancers on any given night then DO NOT ask us to send you dancers, because our dancers will leave. We dont book clubs that cannot provide enough customers; 5-15 customers per night is not enough.
Management: Managers who ignore the girls, argue with the girls, try to have sex with or make sexual advances towards the girls are not good managers. Good managers do not try to get more money from the girls. They DO hold regular meetings with the girls to improve condtiions and solve problems. Do you have good management?
Counselling & Daycare Services: We do not have enough spare time to email girls back & forth regarding all of their complaints. So we ask that you and/or your manager professionally deal with your own club and accommodation problems, drama, and complaints. We value the time we have and use it to book dancers. We do not have the staffing capacity to run a 911 hotline and solve the worlds strip club problems.
Security: If a customer does not pay a dancer then its your duty as owner/manager to see that the customer hands over the money to the dancer. If a customer manhandles or sexually fondles a dancer then its up to you to deal with it. Look after the girls, make them feel safe and protected, and they will respect you and your club.
Too Much to Drink: Our agency does not deal with the the dancers nightly drinking issues. We are not there to monitor their alcohol consumption, hopefully your bar or wait staff or management is. Our agency is not in a position to take responsibility for the dancers alcohol intake, so please ensure your staff is.
Disappearing Dancers: If the dancer checks into your accommodation... and then disappears ...or takes off before coming to work ...then guess what? Your housing is not fit to live in. If dancers work one night in your club and disappear or take off...chances are pretty good that something scared them away from your club.
Payment for our Services: We expect to be paid once a month! Depending on where you are located prices may vary. We do not take or accept our commission fees from the girls, we prefer you not to do take the money from them to pay us either.
Professionalism: We offer professional dancers and professional services. We care about the clubs we book and care about the dancers. We are not some fly-by-night operation. We have established ourselves as a fine exotic dancer booking agency and tend to uphold that reputation for many years to come.
