We are a friendly gentlemen's club located in the beautiful Florida Keys. Our club atmosphere is all about everyone working together, being a team & having a good time. We want you to feel at home while working here. We don't treat the dancers like a bunch of cattle!

Stay as long as you like; many exotic dancers who come here to work end up moving here. It's a lovely little place & very charming. Our strip club is pole dance style on stage + nude private dance. Dancers rotate stage shows. Stage is 2- songs per show (for tips) - Dancer gets $20 cash for every private dance she does; only $2 is deducted for credit card dances, the rest is for the dancer to keep. We do not take any other fees from the private dance money. We offer $3 to dancers for each Champagne glass (split) that a customer buys her. Always make sure you tell the bartender to keep track of your Champagne splits before each one is ordered.

Dancers only pay one nightly fee of $30 + $15 DJ + $10 total to the doorman = Total nightly tip out & club fees is $55 per night. Exotic lap dancers can expect to earn from $200 per night up to $800 on a good night.

For accommodations we offer a 2- 4 girls shared guest room above the club + one apartment for 4 more dancers across the street. Cost for lodging is $25usd each dancer per nt. (Same as what you'd pay to stay in a youth hostel, so it's a fair price.)

Hotel & motel rooms are very expensive in Key West; if you'd rather stay at a motel/hotel, we can suggest to you the El Rancho Motel.

You must be a member of The Best Dancers Agency to stay in the clubs accommodation. If you are not yet a member please fill out the application form so we can send it to the club to confirm you. Make sure you include a full figure photo showing your face & body. Photo must be of good quality. Apply by clicking on the APPLY FOR WORK button above.

If you are already a member & want to work here email Janet the dates you want to start & finish & we will send you the arrival & contact info. After that, we'll ask you to book your flight once everything is confirmed. We will then make arrangments for someone to pick you up at the airport when you arrive - just be sure to email Janet your full flight information (flight number, name of airline, date of arrival and time of arrival.)
