EXOTIC DANCERS WANTED - ALBERTA
Ladies, looking for exotic dance work in Canada??? Here's a great little strip club located between Edmonton & Calgary near Red Deer Alberta. Its a small town & small exotic dance club offering free accommodation (shared by 3 girls only) as well as travel incentives to dancers who will stay & work at least 2 weeks: If you work 12 days (6 per week) you will get back $200 towards your flight or travel. If you work 18 days over 3 weeks you can get back up to $400 towards your flight.
The last update we had on earnings was approx $3300 in 12 days -including salary, tips & dances.
Salary paid out is $90 per working day. The dancer who reported earning $3300 did so during Feb (slower time of year.) March is picking up & spring is coming, so things are getting even better & we will always need new exotic dancers to fill spots.
Staff is friendly & you will be treated well. Club is mostly visited by local blue collar workers who make good money in the oil industry; this is a fun place & easy work environment. The staff appreciates the dancers & are always welcoming new girls from out of town.
There's a miminum of hiring only 3 dancers per booking, this way its easier for each girl to make decent money. If you are interested in dancing in Canada (at this club) then write Janet for more details. Also, see more info under NOW BOOKING on the right side of this website.
Email Janet at: dance@telus.net for more info on exotic dancing in Canada.

IMITATION IS THE BEST FORM OF FLATTERY
Recently, a dear friend emailed me (Janet at The Best Dancers) a website which appears to be copying The Best Dancers Agency. The site does not look like our site but it has similar content and is using words from our company name "The Best Dancers Agency." We believe the people involved with this website are simply trying to cash in by using our "good name, likeness & reputation."
We have worked many years to develop our website, as well as our status within the exotic dancer industry and while its annoying to think that someone can't come up with their own reputation and build their own "good name".... we know a fake is never as good as the original.
The agency promoting the website is from Hungary. We do not have an affilliate in Hungary, we are not associated with this agency, and do not appreciate their sleazy tactics to try and book girls using our likeness & good name. However, if imitation is the best form of flattery, then great, at least we get some sort of benefit out of their riding on our coat-tails.
We ask any dancer or club owner who may be approached by these clowns, to check & see if they display our "trademarked logo" on the website, if not, then its not us and they are not affilliated with us. Our logo is a small red circle or square with a womens face in the center - with the words "The Best" on top and "Dancers.com" on the bottom & white stars on the left & righhand side of the circle. This is our symbol! You can see it located on various pages throughout our website.
Our only true and genuine affilitates are "The Best Dancers USA LLC" and "The Best Dancers Australia" and we all display the logo (trademark symbol.) No one else is affillated with our company.
Please be careful as we do not want dancers or clubs to think that this Hungarian agency has any business dealings with our company. They can't be very trustworthy if they had to copy what we are doing & are offering anyway. Sincerely, Janet

CAN DO DANCERS
It can be frustrating and de-motivating for staff & Management to work with dancers who seem to not be doing their job. Believe it or not, most under-performing dancers are also frustrated and de-motivated. However, recently, there is a growing body of research to show that job satisfaction follows high performance. Therefore, Managers who want to have satisfied dancers need to focus on educating & encouraging their dancers to perform well. Writing down rules & giving out contracts help, but are simply not as effective as live orientation, Management's attentiveness, and/or interactive questioning & explaining.
There are generally two reasons why dancers do not perform well at work:
Can't do. ~ This occurs when the rules & objectives are unclear and/or she does not have the proper skills or knowledge to follow through with tasks. It could also be because she doesn't have the necessary support or assistance from key people to accomplish the tasks.
Won't do. This occurs when a dancer lacks motivation and fails to take personal accountability for accomplishing tasks.
The first thing a Manager needs to do is always be clear on what is expected at the club and in the accommodations on the first day a dancer starts work. Dancers also need to ask questions if they are unclear- but ask at an appropriate time or else make arrangments to discuss matters during an appropriate time. If after orientation there still seems to be misunderstandings and/or an inability to perform, the Dancer Manager then needs to assess whether it is a "can't do" or a "won't do" situation.
"Can't do's" can be encouraged by clarifying goals & objectives; they should be offered advice or training and/or aided by helpful assistance, suggestions and/or tips. If the dancer is working hard but none of these approaches work, and she still cannot make money, then possibly finding a more suitable or compatible place to work may be neccessary.
"Won't do's" ~ are dancers who seem to have all the skills, knowledge, assistance & packaging, they have been orientated but still do not perform all that well. They need to be addressed through performance management - clarifying goals & monitoring abilities & progress weekly or even daily. This is the scenario every manager hates. Not surprisingly, dancers do too.
Most situations however, of low performance, are of the "can't do" variety. Addressing these situations can be time consuming, but they are the stuff that real Management is made of. Helping a "can't do" dancer move to a "can do" is an incredibly satisfying Management experience, it's good for the company, and it lifts morale all around.
Dancers as well can assess for themselves whether they are "can't do's" or "won't do's"....just follow the guidelines above & see where you fit in. The information can be very helpful for you to understand your work style & needs at work and whether or not through assistance your needs can be met. However, if you discover you're a "won't do" then you may be in a better position to decide quicker if this club is or is not for you and move on.
Let he who would be moved to convince others, be first moved to convince himself. ~

US CITIZENS & PASSPORT TRAVEL
Update: US citizens do not require documents to travel to U.S. territories, including Northern Marianas;
American citizens need to know that they now need a passport to fly just about anywhere outside the United States, but even if you haven't gotten around to getting one, there are still ways to enjoy a winter escape to a sunny tropical island. You just have to be a little selective.
Visit the State Department — US STATE DEPARTMENT — and look for Traveling to the Caribbean, Bermuda, Panama, Mexico or Canada. Yes, it says that as of Jan. 23, 2008 you need a passport to go to those places.
BUT ......if you look down the page, you'll find that the requirement does not apply to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Marianas.
